Excelitas excimer lamps are produced in linear and modular forms to safely and effectively generate eye-safe narrow-bandwidth 222nm UV light. The wavelength of 222nm has proven to be effective in killing a variety of microorganisms and has a long service life against a variety of microorganisms, making it ideal for use as a stand-alone system or integrated into a multi-mode disinfection solution.

The Asierida linear excimer lamp produces eye-safe, narrowband 222nm UV-C wavelengths using materials optimized for UV-C for excellent lifetime and output capability. Electrode lifetime was maximized by isolation from plasma discharge. In addition to standard linear sizes, Exelida also offers coaxial excimer lamps with custom geometry upon request.
